1. About these terms

Welcome to Infinite Puzzles, available at infipuzz.com (the “Site”). By choosing to access and use the Site, you agree to follow these Terms of Use to the extent they are enforceable under applicable law. If you disagree, you can stop using the Site.

We may refer to the Site’s browser-based word games, logic puzzles, written explanations, navigation features, and support pages as the “Services.” These terms do not replace rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country or state.

2. Our current games and availability

The Site provides seven free games: Waffle Grid, Context Word, Word Hinge Quest, Vowel Lantern, Letter Remix Lab, Oddity Orchard, and Sentence Switchyard. You can find the current selection in the Games directory. We may add, update, pause, or remove games and features when needed.

Most current games use finite puzzle collections. Replaying a game can repeat clues or answers, and a daily mode can select from an existing collection rather than introducing a wholly new puzzle every day. Game instructions explain the applicable rules, hints, and scoring.

The games do not presently require an account or a paid subscription. Internet access and a compatible browser are necessary. We cannot promise continuous availability or compatibility with every device, browser extension, or accessibility setting.

3. Acceptable personal use

You may access the publicly available games and pages for ordinary personal enjoyment and learning, subject to these Terms and any legal rights you already have. You may discuss puzzle solutions, link to a game, or share your own experience. We encourage fair play and constructive feedback.

Please do not use the Site to:

• Disrupt its servers, deliberately overwhelm its services, or interfere with other visitors.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse contact forms.
• Impersonate another person, harass others, or send unlawful messages.
• Reproduce substantial portions of our original puzzle collections, page designs, illustrations, or custom code for redistribution without authorization, except where applicable law permits it.
• Use automated requests in a way that unreasonably burdens the Site or violates applicable laws.

These rules do not prohibit ordinary search-engine indexing where authorized, lawful security research, or any statutory exceptions that cannot be contracted away.

4. Original materials and intellectual property

The Site contains independently authored text, curated puzzle datasets, custom game code, interface elements, and a site identity. These materials may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights where applicable. We respect the rights of third parties and do not claim exclusive ownership of common puzzle mechanics, dictionary words, mathematical rules, or ideas that cannot be protected.

Other organizations may have rights to names, images, or materials associated with their own products. Nothing on this Site implies endorsement by a third-party game publisher unless that relationship is expressly stated.

If you believe specific content infringes your rights, send the page link, an explanation of your concern, and a way to reach you to contact@infipuzz.com. We will review appropriate reports.

5. Puzzle answers, scores, and progress

Games may use fixed answer lists, hand-curated clues, scoring rules, or randomized selections. Similar words, alternative spellings, or plausible interpretations might not be accepted by a particular game. Hints and explanations are designed to clarify the intended answer but are not a guarantee that every clue is flawless.

Scores are for casual entertainment and do not award money, prizes, qualification, or special status. Unless a feature explicitly says otherwise, progress and results are not guaranteed to be saved or transferable across devices. Refreshing or clearing browser data may reset a round.

6. Messages, ideas, and feedback

You can contact us with error reports, suggestions, or other questions. Please send material you have the right to share, and do not include personal passwords, financial details, or confidential third-party documents. We may use the factual information in feedback to investigate and improve the Site.

Submitting a suggestion does not require us to build a requested game, acknowledge each message individually, or enter into a business relationship. If you want to discuss a confidential commercial proposal, contact us before sharing protected information.

7. Third-party services and external links

The Site uses WordPress technologies and may rely on hosting, caching, security, and analytics providers. We currently use Google Analytics through Site Kit by Google. Any outbound link is provided for convenience or information. We do not control the content, availability, security, or policies of sites run by other organizations.

8. General disclaimer and limits

We work to make our puzzles usable and accurate, but game content and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, completely error-free, suitable for professional assessment, or secure against every possible online risk.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that are remote or unforeseeable from ordinary use of this free entertainment website. Nothing here excludes liability, statutory warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. For more details, see the Disclaimer.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules and legally applicable jurisdiction requirements, disputes relating to the Site may be brought before competent courts in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

If you experience a problem, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can review it. This suggestion does not prevent you from exercising rights or using legal remedies available in your jurisdiction.

10. Changes, severability, and contact

We may revise these Terms if we introduce new features or change how the Site operates. The date above shows the latest update. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder may continue to apply to the extent legally permissible. Failure to enforce a term immediately does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
