1. Scope and contact

Infinite Puzzles operates the browser-based games at infipuzz.com. This California notice supplements the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. It is intended to help California visitors understand categories of information and request privacy assistance.

The CCPA and CPRA apply to businesses and practices that meet legal coverage rules. This notice does not, by itself, establish that every CCPA obligation applies to this website, or that a published description is a substitute for any required technical opt-out controls. 2. Categories of information involved

Depending on whether you contact us and which services your browser loads, the website may receive or allow providers to collect the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers: An IP address or device/browser identifiers, and a name or email address when voluntarily provided.
• Internet or electronic network activity: Page visits, browsing context, referring pages, analytics events, technical errors, and related use of site features.
• Approximate location: General regional information that may be inferred from an IP address by a service provider.
• Contact correspondence: Messages and any details voluntarily included in a support or feedback request.

The current games do not require a personal account or payment information. We do not request precise location, government identifiers, biometric data, or sensitive financial details for gameplay. Please avoid submitting such information in a contact message.

3. Sources and uses

Information may come directly from a visitor using the contact form, from browser and server requests, or from service providers needed to operate the website. Google Analytics is currently enabled through Site Kit by Google and can process website usage and technical data.

Purposes may include delivering website pages, providing puzzle features, helping us understand page performance, investigating site problems, responding to inquiries, and meeting legal obligations. We do not use puzzle scores as a measure of credit, employment eligibility, or a regulated consumer profile.

4. Disclosures, sale, and sharing

Technical data may be disclosed to hosting and website infrastructure services and Google for measurement. Contact information may be processed through the email and contact-form systems used to respond to you. We do not intentionally offer visitor contact submissions for sale or run a known cross-context behavioral advertising program as part of the current game site.

Under California law, “selling” and “sharing” have specific meanings that are not limited to exchanging data for cash. Whether a particular analytics or advertising configuration constitutes a sale or sharing requires reviewing the relevant technology, contracts, and facts. We have not verified every provider’s full data use, so we do not assert that no possible legal sharing can occur merely because the site has no visible ad banner.

If the website engages in activity requiring a California sale/sharing opt-out, the necessary notices, controls, and recognition of applicable opt-out preference signals must be implemented. This page and an email address alone may not satisfy every technical requirement.

5. California privacy rights

Where the CCPA applies and subject to exceptions, California residents may be entitled to:

• Know and access: Request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and relevant disclosures.
• Delete: Ask for personal information to be deleted, subject to legal exceptions.

6. How to submit a request

California residents may contact contact@infipuzz.com and state whether they wish to access, correct, or delete identifiable information or have another privacy concern. Please provide only the minimum details necessary to describe your request. We may ask for reasonable verification before disclosing or deleting personal data and may explain when an exception applies.

Because the games have no personal accounts, we may have limited ability to connect a particular game round with a named individual. A request about an email or contact-form submission is generally easier to locate when it includes the address used for the message.

7. Global Privacy Control and targeted advertising

California recognizes certain opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), in situations where businesses subject to the CCPA sell or share personal information. Our current site review did not verify a functioning automated GPC handling mechanism or a dedicated sale/sharing opt-out interface. This notice does not claim that such controls have been tested. If the site’s processing triggers those requirements, appropriate technical implementation will be necessary.

8. Data retention and children

Different information may be held for different periods. For example, messages may be retained while an inquiry is addressed, whereas security logs, backups, and analytics information may follow provider-specific settings. We do not publish a single retention term that would inaccurately apply to all systems.

The games are designed to work without creating a personal account. We do not intentionally seek to collect personal information from children to play games, and we do not intentionally sell personal information about children. Contact us if you believe a child sent information that requires review or deletion.

We may update this notice when California law, analytics settings, service providers, or website features change. The last-updated date above reflects the latest revision. We will review privacy requests under the legal requirements that apply to the request and our processing activities.
