1. Games are provided for entertainment

2. Puzzle content can contain errors

We use independently written clues, curated answer lists, and original game code. Despite review and testing, content may contain mistakes, ambiguous wording, unexpected difficulty, or technical bugs. Different English dialects, alternate spellings, and legitimate interpretations can sometimes lead to more than one reasonable answer.

Some games intentionally accept only a defined answer or a limited set of clues. For example, Context Word uses editorial rankings of related words and is not an unrestricted AI semantic search engine. A rejected guess does not necessarily mean that a word has no linguistic relationship with the answer.

If a definition or explanation seems incorrect, use our Contact page and include the game name, clue, and your proposed correction. We may adjust clues, answer lists, instructions, and algorithms as the site evolves.

3. Puzzle collections are finite

Many of our games select rounds from a prepared collection. When you replay, a word or puzzle may repeat. Where a daily game mode exists, its daily set may be selected from previously prepared material. We do not promise an unlimited supply of entirely new, unique puzzles each day.

Scores and results may differ because of hint choices, randomized puzzles, software changes, or device compatibility. There are currently no cash prizes, paid competitive rankings, or guaranteed rewards associated with puzzle performance.

4. Website performance and availability

We aim to provide an accessible and enjoyable experience on modern mobile and desktop browsers. However, loading speed, fonts, network connections, browser features, cached files, privacy tools, and JavaScript settings can change how a page behaves.

The Site may occasionally be unavailable during hosting problems, software updates, security incidents, or maintenance. Games and features may change or be removed without a guaranteed notice period. Saving a bookmark does not guarantee that a puzzle, previous score, or feature will always remain available.

5. No guaranteed security or uninterrupted service

We use ordinary website systems intended to support stable operation, but no internet service can be guaranteed free from outages, security issues, or harmful third-party activity.
